Their production costs are three or four times higher than their competitors because they pay above market rate to their organic cotton and natural rubber farmers, so they can grow less but earn the same amount, meaning they don’t have to chop down the forest to make room for more money-making crop fields. But Veja shoes don’t cost as much because they don’t advertise. And we think that’s lit.
